Parmesan Garlic Wings

Clock

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb chicken wings
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • ¼ tsp minced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Place the wings in a single layer on the foil-lined baking sheet. When the oven is fully preheated, bake the wings for 35-38 minutes, until golden brown.
  3. While the wings are baking, place the butter and garlic into a small saucepan over medium heat and melt the butter, about 2 minutes.
  4. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir. Remove from heat and set aside.
  5. Remove the wings from the oven and turn the oven to the broil setting.
  6. When the oven has reached a broil, place the wings back into the oven for 4-6 minutes, until extra crispy.
  7. Toss the wings into the Parmesan garlic mixture until everything is evenly coated. Serve hot, or store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
