Parmesan Garlic Wings
Ingredients
- 1½ lb chicken wings
- 3 Tbsp butter
- ¼ tsp minced garlic
- 3 Tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place the wings in a single layer on the foil-lined baking sheet. When the oven is fully preheated, bake the wings for 35-38 minutes, until golden brown.
- While the wings are baking, place the butter and garlic into a small saucepan over medium heat and melt the butter, about 2 minutes.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and stir. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Remove the wings from the oven and turn the oven to the broil setting.
- When the oven has reached a broil, place the wings back into the oven for 4-6 minutes, until extra crispy.
- Toss the wings into the Parmesan garlic mixture until everything is evenly coated. Serve hot, or store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
