Sirloin Steak with Mustard Aioli
Sautéed Green Beans and Carrots
Ingredients
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ lb boneless top sirloin steak
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 lemon, cut into 6 wedges
Instructions
- Preheat grill or a grill pan coated with cooking spray to medium-high heat.
- Stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, and garlic. Sprinkle both sides of steak with salt and pepper.
- Grill steak, covered with grill lid, 4 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
- Squeeze lemon juice over steak. Serve with aioli.

- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 3 carrots, cut into½-inch-thick sticks
- ¼ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute or until tender. Add green beans, carrots, and broth; bring to a boil.
- Cover; reduce heat, and simmer 5 to 6 minutes or until crisp-tender. Season with salt and pepper.
