Chicken and Broccoli Stromboli

Ingredients

  • 1 (22-oz) pkg frozen oven-roasted diced chicken breast, thawed
  • 1 head broccoli, chopped
  • 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded colby-Jack cheese
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together chicken and broccoli.
  2. Unroll pizza dough onto a parchment paper-lined large baking sheet. Sprinkle chicken and broccoli over dough, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides. Sprinkle with cheese and thyme.
  3. Tightly roll up dough, starting at one long end. Arrange, seam side down, on baking sheet, tucking ends under. Cut 1-inch slits on top of dough to allow steam to escape.
  4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until dough is deep golden brown.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cantaloupe, peeled and chopped
  • 1 pineapple, peeled, cored, and chopped

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Whisk together lemon juice and honey in a large bowl. Add fruit; toss.
