Chicken and Broccoli Stromboli
Lemon-Honey Fruit SaladIngredients
- 1 (22-oz) pkg frozen oven-roasted diced chicken breast, thawed
- 1 head broccoli, chopped
- 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded colby-Jack cheese
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together chicken and broccoli.
- Unroll pizza dough onto a parchment paper-lined large baking sheet. Sprinkle chicken and broccoli over dough, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides. Sprinkle with cheese and thyme.
- Tightly roll up dough, starting at one long end. Arrange, seam side down, on baking sheet, tucking ends under. Cut 1-inch slits on top of dough to allow steam to escape.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until dough is deep golden brown.

- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 (16-oz) pkg strawberries, sliced
- 1 cantaloupe, peeled and chopped
- 1 pineapple, peeled, cored, and chopped

- Whisk together lemon juice and honey in a large bowl. Add fruit; toss.
