Cheesy Beef Casserole

- 1 (12-oz) pkg wide egg noodles
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 (28-oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
- Meanwhile, cook beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in tomatoes and seasoning; cook, stirring, 5 minutes.
- Stir together cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, and green onions in a medium bowl.
- Place half of noodles in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Top with half of meat and half of cheese mixture. Repeat layers.
- Cover and bake 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

- 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 (5-oz) pkg garlic croutons
- ½ cup Italian dressing

- Toss together all ingredients in a bowl just before serving.
