Cinnamon Crumb Dessert Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 (1-lb) ball bakery pizza dough
  • 2 Tbsp butter, softened
  • 1½ tsp ground cinnamon, divided
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ⅓ cup packed brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 4 Tbsp cold butter, cubed
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp milk
  • Vanilla ice cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F; coat an 8-or 9-inch cake pan with cooking spray. Press dough on bottom and slightly up sides of pan. Spread softened butter on dough.
  2. Pulse 1 tsp cinnamon, flour, brown and granulated sugars, and 4 Tbsp cold butter in a food processor until crumbs form. Sprinkle over dough.
  3. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until crust and crumbs are golden brown. Bake time may vary depending on thickness of crust.
  4. Meanwhile, whisk together powdered sugar and milk. Remove pizza from oven; drizzle with glaze. Cut into slices. Top with ice cream, if desired.
