Cinnamon Crumb Dessert Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 (1-lb) ball bakery pizza dough
- 2 Tbsp butter, softened
- 1½ tsp ground cinnamon, divided
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ⅓ cup packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 4 Tbsp cold butter, cubed
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp milk
- Vanilla ice cream (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F; coat an 8-or 9-inch cake pan with cooking spray. Press dough on bottom and slightly up sides of pan. Spread softened butter on dough.
- Pulse 1 tsp cinnamon, flour, brown and granulated sugars, and 4 Tbsp cold butter in a food processor until crumbs form. Sprinkle over dough.
- Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until crust and crumbs are golden brown. Bake time may vary depending on thickness of crust.
- Meanwhile, whisk together powdered sugar and milk. Remove pizza from oven; drizzle with glaze. Cut into slices. Top with ice cream, if desired.
