Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard (or use yellow mustard)
  • 1 (1-oz) pkg fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 2 (16-oz) loaves French bread, halved lengthwise
  • 1 (20-count) pkg thin sliced provolone cheese
  • 1 lb thin sliced turkey
  • 1 lb ultra thin sliced ham
  • ¾ lb ultra thin sliced roast beef
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg bacon, cooked until crisp
  • 1 (18-count) pkg thin sliced Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg angel hair coleslaw

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir together mayonnaise, mustard, and basil in a small bowl; spread on cut sides of bread.
  2. Layer sliced provolone, turkey, ham, roast beef, bacon, Cheddar, sliced tomatoes, and coleslaw on bottom halves of bread. Cover with bread tops.
  3. For a hot meal, wrap sandwiches in foil, and bake 20 minutes or until cheese melts. Unwrap and slice to serve.
