Club Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard (or use yellow mustard)
- 1 (1-oz) pkg fresh basil, finely chopped
- 2 (16-oz) loaves French bread, halved lengthwise
- 1 (20-count) pkg thin sliced provolone cheese
- 1 lb thin sliced turkey
- 1 lb ultra thin sliced ham
- ¾ lb ultra thin sliced roast beef
- 1 (16-oz) pkg bacon, cooked until crisp
- 1 (18-count) pkg thin sliced Cheddar cheese
- 1 (10-oz) pkg angel hair coleslaw
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir together mayonnaise, mustard, and basil in a small bowl; spread on cut sides of bread.
- Layer sliced provolone, turkey, ham, roast beef, bacon, Cheddar, sliced tomatoes, and coleslaw on bottom halves of bread. Cover with bread tops.
- For a hot meal, wrap sandwiches in foil, and bake 20 minutes or until cheese melts. Unwrap and slice to serve.
