Goat Cheese Chicken Burgers
Winter Fruit SaladIngredients
- 1½ lb ground chicken
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 (4-oz) pkg goat cheese with honey, crumbled
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 6 hamburger buns (preferably whole wheat)
- 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 cups arugula
Instructions
- Combine chicken, garlic powder, and oregano in a large bowl. Gently fold in cheese until incorporated. Shape into 6 patties.
- Cook patties in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Serve patties on buns with mustard and arugula.

- 2 apples, chopped
- 2 pears, chopped
- 1 (4.3-oz) pkg pomegranate seeds (arils)
Side Dish Instructions
- Peel and section clementines. Combine clementines, apples, pears, and pomegranate seeds in a bowl; chill until ready to serve.
