Ingredients

  • 12 navel oranges
  • 1 peeled, cored pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 cup unsweetened flaked coconut (or use coconut chips or fresh grated coconut)

Instructions

  1. Peel and section oranges over a large bowl, catching all the juice.
  2. Slice pineapple into rings, and cut into 1-inch chunks; add to oranges. Stir in powdered sugar; chill thoroughly.
  3. Sprinkle with coconut before serving; toss lightly. Serves 10 to 12.
