Ambrosia
Ingredients
- 12 navel oranges
- 1 peeled, cored pineapple
- 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened flaked coconut (or use coconut chips or fresh grated coconut)
Instructions
- Peel and section oranges over a large bowl, catching all the juice.
- Slice pineapple into rings, and cut into 1-inch chunks; add to oranges. Stir in powdered sugar; chill thoroughly.
- Sprinkle with coconut before serving; toss lightly. Serves 10 to 12.
