Chicken Cordon Blue Casserole
Lemon Butter Green BeansIngredients
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 (8-oz) pkg cubed ham
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place chicken in a 13- x 9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper. Top with ham and cheese.
- Mix together cream and cream cheese in a small bowl. Pour over casserole; stir well. Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

- 1 (18-oz) pkg frozen green beans
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook green beans according to package directions; drain well.
- Combine butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; drizzle over green beans, tossing to coat.
