Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (14.5-oz) can low-sodium chicken broth
  • ¾ cup hot wing sauce
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 (22.25-oz) pkg Caesar salad
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg shredded carrots

Instructions

  1. Place chicken, half of celery, onion, and garlic in a 5- to 7-qt slow cooker.
  2. Add broth; cover and cook on LOW 8 hours.
  3. Remove chicken from slow cooker, and shred with 2 forks.
  4. Toss chicken with wing sauce and honey.
  5. Prepare salad according to package directions adding remaining celery and carrots.
  6. Divide salads among serving plates and top with chicken.

  • 1 (6-count) pkg frozen garlic breadsticks

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake breadsticks according to package directions, and serve with salad.
