Ingredients
- ¾ lb London broil or flank steak
- 1½ tsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- ½ (8-oz) carton sour cream
- 1½ Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ Tbsp minced garlic
- ⅛ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Rub steak with seasoning. Cook steak in hot oil in a large skillet 6 to 7 minutes per side or to desired doneness; let stand 10 minutes before slicing across the grain.
- Stir together sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, and pepper; serve with steak.

- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- 2 small cloves garlic, sliced
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ⅛ tsp salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together green beans, oil, garlic, pepper, and salt on a large rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes, stirring halfway through baking, until green beans are browned and tender.
