Ingredients

  • ¾ lb London broil or flank steak
  • 1½ tsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 1½ Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ (8-oz) carton sour cream
  • 1½ Tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ Tbsp minced garlic
  • ⅛ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Rub steak with seasoning. Cook steak in hot oil in a large skillet 6 to 7 minutes per side or to desired doneness; let stand 10 minutes before slicing across the grain.
  2. Stir together sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, and pepper; serve with steak.

  • 1½ Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 small cloves garlic, sliced
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ⅛ tsp salt

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together green beans, oil, garlic, pepper, and salt on a large rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, stirring halfway through baking, until green beans are browned and tender.
