Crunchy Chicken-Bacon-Ranch Wraps
Pineapple-Grape ParfaitsIngredients
- 1 (2.1-oz) pkg fully-cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 (16-oz) pkg grilled and ready chicken breast strips
- 2 (8-oz) pkg shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 6 burrito-sized flour tortillas
- 1 cup Ranch dressing
- ¼ cup butter
Instructions
- Divide bacon, chicken, cheese, avocado, and green onion over center of each tortilla. Drizzle with desired amount of dressing. Fold edges of tortillas in, and roll up.
- Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook wraps, in batches, 4 to 5 minutes per side or until browned and crisp. Serve with additional Ranch dressing for dipping.

- 1 (16-oz) carton pineapple chunks
- ½ lb red seedless grapes
- 1 (5.3-oz) carton Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp honey
Side Dish Instructions
- Divide pineapple chunks and grapes among small bowls; dollop each with Greek yogurt and drizzle with honey.
