Ingredients

  • ¾ lb ground beef
  • 2 slices colby-Jack cheese
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Ranch dressing mix
  • 2 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Shape beef into 2 patties; season lightly with salt and pepper. Cook patties in a skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Top burgers with cheese; let stand until cheese is melted.
  2. Stir together mayonnaise and dressing mix; spread on buns. Serve burgers on buns.

  • ⅓ (32-oz) pkg frozen crinkle-cut French fries
  • Ketchup
  • 1 (5.3-oz) carton vanilla yogurt
  • ½ (6-oz) pkg blackberries

  2. Serve a spoonful of yogurt and a few berries on each plate.
