Ingredients
- 2 (5.4-oz) ground beef patties
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 3 Tbsp lite Caesar dressing
- ¼ cup croutons, crushed
- ½ cup halved grape tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp halved, pitted kalamata olives
Instructions
- Preheat grill pan over medium-high heat. Add patties, and cook 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
- Top with cheese and let stand until melted. Cut each burger into 5 slices.
- Toss lettuce, dressing, and croutons in a bowl. Arrange on individual plate; top with burger slices, tomatoes, and olives.
