Bacon and Egg Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 (24-oz) pkg frozen gluten-free three-cheese pizza
- 6 large eggs
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 green onion, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Bake pizza on a baking sheet at temperature specified on package 10 minutes. Carefully remove from oven, and crack eggs onto pizza.
- Bake 5 to 7 minutes longer or until crust is browned and egg whites are set and yolks are cooked to desired doneness.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp. Crumble.
- Sprinkle pizza with bacon, tomato, and, if desired, onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
