Skillet Snow on the Mountain
Cheese-Garlic BiscuitsIngredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 tsp Greek seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen green peas
- 2 (10.5-oz) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8-oz) pkg homestyle mashed potatoes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook beef and onion in a large ovenproof skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Add Greek seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper. Spoon peas over meat mixture. Spread soup over peas, and sprinkle with cheese.
- Prepare potatoes according to package directions; dollop over cheese. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned and beef mixture is hot and bubbly.
