Cheese-Garlic Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tsp Greek seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen green peas
  • 2 (10.5-oz) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg homestyle mashed potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook beef and onion in a large ovenproof skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
  2. Add Greek seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper. Spoon peas over meat mixture. Spread soup over peas, and sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Prepare potatoes according to package directions; dollop over cheese. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned and beef mixture is hot and bubbly.
