Barbecue-Ranch Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (2.5-oz) pkg fully cooked bacon
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg oven-roasted diced chicken breast (or use canned chunk chicken)
  • 1 (3-count) pkg romaine lettuce hearts, chopped
  • 1 (15-oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15-oz) can whole-kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 (2.8-oz) pouch French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Reheat bacon and chicken according to package directions. .
  2. Toss together chicken, bacon, lettuce, beans, corn, cheese, and tomato in a large bowl.
  3. Stir together Ranch dressing and barbecue sauce. Add dressing and French fried onions just before serving; toss.
