Barbecue-Ranch Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 1 (2.5-oz) pkg fully cooked bacon
- 1 (16-oz) pkg oven-roasted diced chicken breast (or use canned chunk chicken)
- 1 (3-count) pkg romaine lettuce hearts, chopped
- 1 (15-oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15-oz) can whole-kernel corn, drained
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato, chopped
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 1 (2.8-oz) pouch French fried onions
Instructions
- Reheat bacon and chicken according to package directions. .
- Toss together chicken, bacon, lettuce, beans, corn, cheese, and tomato in a large bowl.
- Stir together Ranch dressing and barbecue sauce. Add dressing and French fried onions just before serving; toss.
