Ground Beef, Asparagus, and Basil Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 lb asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg shredded carrots
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • ½ cup thinly sliced fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
  2. Stir in asparagus, carrots, green onions, and garlic; cook, stirring, 2 minutes. Stir in soy sauce and chili sauce; cook 3 minutes, Stir in basil.
