Tuna Crunch Sandwiches
Little Watermelon WedgesIngredients
- 3 (5-oz) cans solid white albacore tuna in water, drained (or use canned chunk chicken)
- 1½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 3 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 6 hamburger buns
- 2 to 3 cups coarsely crushed potato chips
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Combine tuna, cheese, mayonnaise, and celery in a bowl; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon tuna mixture onto bun bottoms on a baking sheet; broil 1 to 2 minutes or just until cheese melts. Remove sandwiches to a cutting board.
- Smash about ⅓ cup crushed chips onto each sandwich. Cover with bun tops.

- 1 (6-count) pkg watermelon wedges (or use cantaloupe)
Side Dish Instructions
- Cut watermelon wedges into smaller bite-size wedges. Serve on each plate.
