Steak with Basil-Blue Cheese Butter
Roasted PotatoesIngredients
- 2½ lb top sirloin steak (about 1½ inches thick)
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 1 (4-oz) pkg crumbled blue cheese
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper.
- Grill steak 6 to 7 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes before thinly slicing. Grill asparagus 2 to 4 minutes or until tender.
- Meanwhile, combine butter, blue cheese, and basil, stirring until blended. Serve over steak.
