Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 (7.75-oz) boxes classic pasta salad
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg spinach
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • ⅓ cup chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Pound chicken to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet; season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill chicken, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done. Let stand 5 minutes; chop.
  3. Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large saucepan until tender; drain.
  4. Whisk together seasoning mix from both boxes and dressing in a large bowl; add pasta. Stir in spinach, tomatoes, basil, and chicken; toss.
