Spinach Ravioli Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 (10-oz) pkg spinach, chopped
  • ⅓ cup pesto
  • 1 (15-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Stir together spinach and pesto in a large bowl.
  2. Stir together Alfredo sauce and broth in a separate bowl. Spread one-third of Alfredo in bottom of a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
  3. Top with half each of spinach mixture and ravioli. Repeat layers, ending with Alfredo.
  4. Cover and bake 25 minutes; uncover, sprinkle with cheese, and bake until bubbly.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg salad greens
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Italian dressing

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients just before serving.
