Spinach Ravioli Lasagna
Quick Italian SaladIngredients
- 1 (10-oz) pkg spinach, chopped
- ⅓ cup pesto
- 1 (15-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
- ¼ cup chicken broth
- 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Stir together spinach and pesto in a large bowl.
- Stir together Alfredo sauce and broth in a separate bowl. Spread one-third of Alfredo in bottom of a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
- Top with half each of spinach mixture and ravioli. Repeat layers, ending with Alfredo.
- Cover and bake 25 minutes; uncover, sprinkle with cheese, and bake until bubbly.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg salad greens
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Italian dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients just before serving.
