Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp smoked paprika (or use regular)
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 3 lb boneless country-style pork ribs, trimmed
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 (12-oz) can beer (or use chicken broth)

Instructions

  1. Combine paprika, garlic salt, and pepper; rub over ribs.
  2. Place ribs in a greased 5- to 7-quart slow cooker.
  3. Stir together barbecue sauce and beer; pour over ribs.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 9 hours or until ribs are tender.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 lb Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bring potatoes and water to cover to a boil in a large saucepan; cook 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  2. Drain. Toss potatoes with parsley, sour cream, Dijon, salt, and pepper.
  3. Steam green beans according to package directions; season to taste.
