Lemony Chicken Penne Salad

Ingredients

  • 10 oz whole-grain penne pasta
  • 2 (12-oz) pkg thin green beans
  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup refrigerated lemon vinaigrette
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 large tomato, coarsely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Cook green beans according to package directions. Remove from package carefully, and plunge in ice water. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes. Drain beans, and cut into 1-inch pieces.
  3. Combine pasta, green beans, chicken, cheese, vinaigrette, onion, tomato, and dill in a large bowl; toss.
