Lemony Chicken Penne Salad
Ingredients
- 10 oz whole-grain penne pasta
- 2 (12-oz) pkg thin green beans
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 (6-oz) pkg crumbled feta cheese
- ½ cup refrigerated lemon vinaigrette
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 large tomato, coarsely chopped
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Cook green beans according to package directions. Remove from package carefully, and plunge in ice water. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes. Drain beans, and cut into 1-inch pieces.
- Combine pasta, green beans, chicken, cheese, vinaigrette, onion, tomato, and dill in a large bowl; toss.
