Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp garlic-herb spreadable cheese
- ¾ lb chicken breast strips (about 6)
- 2 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread garlic-herb cheese over 1 side of each chicken strip; sprinkle with cheese. Wrap each tenderloin with 1 slice bacon; place on a greased wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp and chicken is done. Sprinkle with onion.
