Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp garlic-herb spreadable cheese
  • ¾ lb chicken breast strips (about 6)
  • 2 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread garlic-herb cheese over 1 side of each chicken strip; sprinkle with cheese. Wrap each tenderloin with 1 slice bacon; place on a greased wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Bake 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp and chicken is done. Sprinkle with onion.
