Grilled Honey Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • ½ (16-oz) pkg coleslaw mix
  • ¼ cup coleslaw dressing
  • 2 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ⅓ cup honey barbecue sauce, divided
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 2 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Toss together coleslaw mix and dressing in a bowl; let stand 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  3. Brush chicken with half of barbecue sauce. Grill, covered, 6 minutes per side or until done; brush with remaining barbecue sauce, and top with cheese slices.
  4. Grill buns, cut sides down, 1 minute or until toasted. Place chicken on buns; top with desired amount of slaw, and add bun tops.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • ½ (11-oz) bag potato chips
  • ½ lb red seedless grapes, chilled

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Serve chips and chilled grapes on the side.
