Honey Barbecue Meat Loaf

Stubb's Original Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 5 Tbsp barbecue sauce, divided
- 1 Tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir together beef, panko, Worcestershire, Dijon, and 3 Tbsp barbecue sauce. Shape mixture into a 9- x 5-inch loaf on a rimmed baking sheet lined with foil.
- Stir together 2 Tbsp barbecue sauce and honey; spread over loaf.
- Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour or until no longer pink in center. Serve with additional barbecue sauce.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1½ cups long-grain white rice
- 1 crown broccoli, finely chopped
- 6 Tbsp butter, divided
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8-count) pkg frozen ears corn
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions, adding chopped broccoli during last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Stir in 1 Tbsp butter and cheese; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook corn according to package directions; brush ears with 5 Tbsp butter until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
