Stubb's Original Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 5 Tbsp barbecue sauce, divided
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir together beef, panko, Worcestershire, Dijon, and 3 Tbsp barbecue sauce. Shape mixture into a 9- x 5-inch loaf on a rimmed baking sheet lined with foil.
  2. Stir together 2 Tbsp barbecue sauce and honey; spread over loaf.
  3. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour or until no longer pink in center. Serve with additional barbecue sauce.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1½ cups long-grain white rice
  • 1 crown broccoli, finely chopped
  • 6 Tbsp butter, divided
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8-count) pkg frozen ears corn

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions, adding chopped broccoli during last 5 minutes of cooking.
  2. Stir in 1 Tbsp butter and cheese; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cook corn according to package directions; brush ears with 5 Tbsp butter until melted.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
