Simple Zucchini-and-Squash Pasta
Garlic-Mozzarella BreadsticksIngredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg thin spaghetti, broken in half
- 3 zucchini, quartered and sliced
- 3 yellow squash, quartered and sliced
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 (24-oz) jars marinara sauce
- 1 to 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook zucchini, squash, and garlic in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes. Add marinara sauce, and cook 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Toss with pasta and cheese. Season with salt to taste.
