Ingredients
- ¾ lb top sirloin steak
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ (6-oz) jar sun-dried tomato pesto
Instructions
- Sprinkle steak with paprika, cumin, and salt.
- Cook steak in hot oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
- Let stand 10 minutes before slicing across the grain. Serve with pesto.
