Ingredients

  • ¾ lb top sirloin steak
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ (6-oz) jar sun-dried tomato pesto

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle steak with paprika, cumin, and salt.
  2. Cook steak in hot oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
  3. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing across the grain. Serve with pesto.
