Crispy Onion Rings with Kicked-Up KetchupIngredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 (14.5-oz) can beef broth
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 6 hamburger buns
- ½ (8-oz) bottle yellow mustard
- ½ (12-oz) jar dill pickle slices
Instructions
- Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Add broth, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and brown sugar; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until liquid is evaporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve meat mixture on buns with mustard and pickles.
