Ingredients
- 3 (6-oz) grouper fillets (or use tilapia or cod)
- 2 tsp chopped fresh dill (or use ¾ tsp dried)
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp capers
- ½ lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper, if desired. Place fish on a foil-lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
- Bake 10 minutes; sprinkle with dill. Bake 2 minutes longer or until fish flakes with fork.
- Meanwhile, combine sour cream and capers; serve sauce with fish. Squeeze lemon juice over fish.
