Breakfast Bacon Burgers over Kale
Ingredients
- 8 slices center cut bacon
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 (5-oz) pkg baby kale
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Place bacon on a paper towel-lined plate; microwave on HIGH 1½ to 2 minutes or until crisp. Crumble bacon.
- Combine beef, bacon, garlic salt, and pepper in a large bowl; mix just until blended. Shape beef mixture into 4 patties.
- Cook patties in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until done.
- Divide kale among 4 plates; top with a burger, and drizzle with maple syrup.
