Asian Ground Beef Cabbage Wraps
Ingredients
- 1½ lb lean ground beef (or use ground chicken or turkey)
- 1 (10-oz) pkg shredded carrots
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- ½ cup thinly sliced fresh basil
- 12 savoy cabbage leaves (or use green cabbage or romaine lettuce)
- ¼ cup dry-roasted, salted peanuts
Instructions
- Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in carrots and garlic; cook, stirring often, 2 minutes. Stir in soy sauce and chili sauce; cook 3 minutes. Stir in basil. Serve in cabbage leaves; sprinkle with nuts.
