Tuscan Pork Tenderloin
Rice Pilaf with Almonds and Steamed Green BeansIngredients
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 pork tenderloins, trimmed (2 lb)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Rub Italian seasoning and garlic all over pork. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Cook pork in hot oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side.
- Transfer skillet to oven. Bake 10 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 145°F. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.

- 2 (6-oz) pkg rice pilaf mix with almonds
- 1 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Prepare rice according to package directions. Steam green beans according to package directions; season with salt and pepper to taste.
