Cilantro-Lime Crema Chicken
Guacamole SaladIngredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (1-oz) envelope taco seasoning mix
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp ground cumin
Instructions
- Pound chicken to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet. Rub chicken with seasoning mix.
- Cook chicken, in batches if necessary, in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side or until browned.
- Meanwhile, combine sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, and cumin. Serve with chicken.

- 2 avocados, diced
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
