Greek Salad Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp minced fresh dill, divided
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice, divided
  • 1 (17-oz) family-size container hummus
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped English cucumber
  • ½ cup chopped kalamata olives
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Pita chips

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese, 2 Tbsp dill, and 1 Tbsp lemon juice with a mixer at medium speed until smooth. Spread mixture in a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Spread hummus over cream cheese mixture.
  3. Stir together tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumber, olives, and onion in a medium bowl. Stir in oil, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, and 1 Tbsp dill.
  4. Spoon over hummus. Sprinkle with feta, and serve with pita chips.
