Corn Dog Casserole
Easy Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp butter
- ½ (10-count) pkg hot dogs, sliced
- 1 (8.5-oz) box honey cornbread and muffin mix
- ½ cup milk
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- ¾ cup frozen yellow corn, thawed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add hot dogs, and cook 5 to 6 minutes or until browned.
- Meanwhile, stir together cornbread mix, milk, oil, eggs, ½ cup cheese, corn, and hot dogs in a large bowl. Spoon into a lightly greased 1½ quart baking dish, sprinkle with ½ cup cheese.
- Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until center is set.

- 1 (1-lb) container pineapple chunks
- 2 cups seedless green grapes
- 1 apple, chopped

- Combine all ingredients in a serving bowl.
