Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 2 (10-oz) pkg frozen seasoning blend
  • 1 (32-oz) carton less sodium beef broth
  • 1 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated fettuccine
  • 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Cook beef and seasoning blend in a large skillet over medium-high heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Add broth to skillet; bring to a boil. Stir in uncooked pasta.
  2. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir in cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg green beans
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg sliced baby portobello mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together all ingredients on a large rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  2. Bake 20 minutes or until vegetables are browned and tender.
