Grilled Honey Barbecue Pork Chops

Ingredients
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 tsp orange zest
- 6 (6-oz) boneless pork loin chops
Instructions
- Preheat grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat. Combine barbecue sauce, honey, and orange zest; brush over pork.
- Grill pork chops on lightly greased grill grate, covered, 4 minutes per side or until done. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1½ lb red potatoes, quartered
- ¼ cup water
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine potatoes and water in a microwave-safe bowl; cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at HIGH 5 minutes or until tender. Drain.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until crisp; remove from heat.
- Add potatoes, vinegar, and mustard to skillet with bacon and drippings; toss. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Steam green beans according to package directions; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
