Ingredients

  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp orange zest
  • 6 (6-oz) boneless pork loin chops

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat. Combine barbecue sauce, honey, and orange zest; brush over pork.
  2. Grill pork chops on lightly greased grill grate, covered, 4 minutes per side or until done. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1½ lb red potatoes, quartered
  • ¼ cup water
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Combine potatoes and water in a microwave-safe bowl; cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at HIGH 5 minutes or until tender. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until crisp; remove from heat.
  3. Add potatoes, vinegar, and mustard to skillet with bacon and drippings; toss. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  4. Steam green beans according to package directions; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
