Pumpkin-Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 large banana, peeled and sliced into 1 inch chunks
- 3 Tbsp pure pumpkin
- ½ cup milk
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup ice cubes
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Place banana in an airtight container; freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Process banana, pumpkin, milk, syrup, vanilla, and ice in a high-powered blender until smooth. Stir in pie spice. Serve immediately.
