Ingredients

  • 1 large banana, peeled and sliced into 1 inch chunks
  • 3 Tbsp pure pumpkin
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Place banana in an airtight container; freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.
  2. Process banana, pumpkin, milk, syrup, vanilla, and ice in a high-powered blender until smooth. Stir in pie spice. Serve immediately.
