Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz) block Cheddar cheese, cut into ½-inch cubes
- 1 (8-oz) block Monterey Jack cheese, cut into ½-inch cubes
- 1 head green leaf lettuce, separated into leaves
- 1 lb deli sliced less sodium turkey
- 1 lb deli sliced ham
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 12 mini kosher dill pickles
- 12 wooden skewers
- 1 cup Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Thread cheeses, lettuce, turkey, ham, tomatoes, and pickles on skewers as desired. Serve with Ranch dressing for dipping.
