Ingredients

  • ½ (16-oz) pkg tagliatelle pasta
  • 2¼ tsp olive oil, divided
  • ½ lemon
  • ½ (8-oz) block feta cheese, at room temperature
  • ¼ cup whipped cream cheese
  • ½ (0.5-oz) pkg fresh basil
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain, and toss with ½ Tbsp oil.
  2. Meanwhile, grate zest and squeeze juice from lemon half. Process feta, cream cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, basil, oregano, ¾ tsp oil, salt, pepper, and garlic in a food processor until smooth, scraping sides as needed.
  3. Serve whipped feta over pasta. Top with tomatoes, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
