White Bean and Chicken Chili
Tortilla Chips and Guacamole
Ingredients
- 1½ cups less sodium chicken broth
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp ground cumin
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 (15.5-oz) cans great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (14.5-oz) can diced tomatoes
- ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1 (4-oz) can diced green chiles
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a 3- to 4-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours or until chicken is tender.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ (8-oz) container guacamole
- 3 oz tortilla chips
Side Dish Instructions
- Serve guacamole with tortilla chips.
