Steakhouse-Style Creamed Kale and Spinach

Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bunch kale, stemmed and chopped
- 2 (10-oz) pkg spinach
- 1 (5.2-oz) pkg garlic and fine herbs spreadable Gournay cheese
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup French fried onions
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large Dutch oven over medium heat; add garlic and cook 1 minute or until golden and fragrant.
- Gradually add kale and spinach, and cook until wilted.
- Stir in Gournay cheese until melted. Add cream. Bring to a simmer and cook 2 to 4 minutes or until thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Sprinkle with French fried onions.
