Matua Sauvignon Blanc

Ingredients

  • 3 (7.4-oz) pkg white sticky rice
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 lb cooked, peeled and deveined, medium shrimp 
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • ½ (2-oz) container microgreens
  • ⅓ cup Sriracha hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat rice according to package directions. Stir together rice, chopped green onion, and sesame seeds.
  2. Meanwhile, microwave vinegar and sugar in a small bowl, in 30 second intervals, stirring between each, until sugar is dissolved. Add to rice mixture, stirring to blend.
  3. Shape rice mixture into 1½-inch oblong rolls. Top each with one shrimp, one avocado cube, and microgreens. Serve with Sriracha sauce.
