Ingredients
- 1½ lb boneless pork chops
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (1-oz) envelope less sodium taco seasoning mix
- 1½ cups salsa verde
Instructions
- Rub pork with oil and seasoning. Cook pork in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until done.
- Serve pork with salsa.
