Pork Chops in Garlic-Herb Sauce
Chive Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans

Ingredients
- 2¼ lb boneless pork chops
- ½ tsp salt, divided
- ½ tsp pepper, divided
- 3 Tbsp butter, divided
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ Tbsp all purpose flour
- ¾ cup white wine
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 1½ tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Sprinkle pork with ¼ tsp each salt and pepper. Melt 1 Tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add pork to skillet; cook 3 to 4 minutes per side or until browned and done. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add 2 Tbsp butter and garlic to skillet; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until butter melts and garlic is fragrant. Add flour, whisking constantly, 1 minute.
- Whisk in wine, cream, Italian seasoning, and ¼ tsp each salt and pepper; cook 5 to 8 minutes or until reduced and thickened.
- Add pork, turning to coat; cook until thoroughly heated.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (32-oz) carton refrigerated mashed potatoes
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 2 (12-oz) pkg green beans
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Heat potatoes according to package directions. Stir in chives.
- Meanwhile, cook green beans according to package directions. Toss with garlic powder and pepper.
