One-Pot Ground Beef and Pasta Shells

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1½ cups medium shells pasta
  • 2½ cups milk
  • 1½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Add flour, garlic salt, and paprika to skillet, stirring until combined.
  2. Stir in uncooked pasta, and milk; bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir in cheese. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg halved Brussels sprouts
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 (16-oz) loaf French bread

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine Brussels sprouts, oil, lemon juice, and garlic on a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Bake 15 minutes or until browned, stirring once. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  3. Meanwhile, wrap bread in foil; bake 5 to 8 minutes or until warmed.
