One-Pot Ground Beef and Pasta Shells
Lemon-Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Crusty French Bread

Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 2 Tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1½ cups medium shells pasta
- 2½ cups milk
- 1½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook beef in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Add flour, garlic salt, and paprika to skillet, stirring until combined.
- Stir in uncooked pasta, and milk; bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir in cheese. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.

- 2 (12-oz) pkg halved Brussels sprouts
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 (16-oz) loaf French bread
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine Brussels sprouts, oil, lemon juice, and garlic on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 15 minutes or until browned, stirring once. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Meanwhile, wrap bread in foil; bake 5 to 8 minutes or until warmed.
