Easy Barbecue Chicken Kabobs

Cheesy Potatoes and Sunflower Crunch Salad

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • ½ (18-oz) bottle barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Thread chicken and onion onto bamboo or metal skewers. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired. Brush with barbecue sauce.
  2. Grill, covered, 5 minutes per side or until chicken is done. Serve with additional barbecue sauce, if desired.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • ½ (32-oz) carton refrigerated mashed potatoes
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ½ (15.8-oz) pkg chopped salad kit with sunflower seeds

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes according to package directions. Stir in cheese.
  2. Prepare salad according to package directions.
