One-Pot Lazy Lasagna

Ingredients
- 1 (14.5-oz) can diced tomatoes with Italian seasonings
- 1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce
- 1½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¾ tsp garlic powder
- ½ (12-oz) box oven ready lasagna noodles
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup ricotta cheese
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Combine diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, and garlic powder in a skillet over medium-high heat; bring to a simmer.
- Break lasagna into pieces and add to skillet along with 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked through, about 13 to 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat; stir in mozzarella.
- Using a spoon, top with dollops of ricotta and cover until heated through, about 2 to 4 minutes.
- Divide among 3 bowls; sprinkle with Parmesan.
